Rougheye Rockfish Balsa Ornament mixed material Celebrate the colors of natureThe rougheye rockfish can live to be over 200 years old, making it one of the oldest living fish. They grow to be about 3 ft long and they have 2 to 10 spines on the lower rim of their eye. Made out of sustainably harvested balsa wood, these lightweight ornaments are hand carved and then painted with non toxic acrylic paint by a cooperative of skilled artisans on Isla Solentiname, Nicaragua. Approximate size: 5" x 2".
