Truffle Drywors Medium/Dry:Dry BILTONG & DRYWORS HAS ATruffle Drywors A dried beef sausage with Italian truffle. We have teamed up with The Fine Truffle company to produce this incredible biltong flavour. We use dried Italian black truffle,Tartufo estivo disidratato(Tuber aestivum Vitt.)which uses 7kg fresh truffle to make 1kg dried truffle powder and is 94% pure truffle. The retail truffle powders on the market are only 5% truffle. We use top quality grass fed British or Irish beef to make our drywors.
