The only explanation I can think of is if perhaps there was an alternate language version that used thick stamps universally and someone only saw the card in passing and didnt realize it wasnt English

This can unfortunately happen if you dont have enough card draw spells in your deck, or if theyre all stuck at the bottom of your library

The deck looks weak on paper, but thats kind of the point
