This alone makes it a powerful card, but if you activate the second ability on Academy Ruins, on your upkeep to put Mindslaver back on the top of your library, then you draw it on your turn, repeat the process, and play the game alone

While I obviously underestimated the ceiling on this card, I think its better to sell cards and make money, then to hold on to them in hopes that they will go higher

The Pokemon can be seen in all its glory, flying across the sea and creating literal thunderstorms
