Yes, Stasis Snare is slightly more powerful since it prevents sacrifice-plus-Afterlife shenanigans and static/triggered abilities, but Stasis Snare cleanly removes a creature from combat
Its hard to say if this card is a flavor win seeing as these guys just kind of stand around in Return of the Jedi , but if you know something I dont from the Star Wars Extended Universe, let me know in the comments
