I think this requires too much effort to pull off and the upside isnt there to warrant it
It is rather on the all in side, not only because it hits your total resources pretty hard but because of the style of deck where Smallpox is optimal - if all your cards are cheap (or at least the ones you plan to cast) then you are less likely to have that much late game legs
While yes, it does play a little slower than an in-person game of Magic , and there is an extra layer of communication needed to make things work, it mostly plays about as well as normal Magic
