If you plan to rely on this effect, you should always activate the ability or cast the spell while the Creature is still on the battlefield and before the destruction can occur

Nassif saw something different, I'm assuming more of a "good stuff" concept, but I consider it reasonably well established that the idea turned out to be ill-conceived

The only problem is I have yet to find a great shell for this card

Specifically, whenever it or another enchanted creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you get to create a token of any non-legendary enchantment you control

Thats 6 mana, at least some of which you can use for something elses firebreathing ability
