Your best bet is to either pair them with cards like Start Your Engines to enable large attacks, or play them alongside cards like Urza, Lord High Artificer or Daretti, Scrap Savant that become stronger just from having extra trinkets lying around
The whole point is to turn their own cards against them and mess up their strategy, so getting to look at (and memorize) the opponent's hand, discard something from it, and then using another quick effect card to re-equip the Relinquished/Eyes Restrict with something else is effective
