Limited formats are usually a bit more aggressive nowadays, so it won't be as good here, but if you're playing three colours or a slow or sacrifice strategy, you'll want this surveyor skittering into your deck

There are even a few ways to cast the same spells over and over again, like TransposeTranspose and Raven's CrimeRaven's Crime

Considering that these are some of the rarest Pokmon (or MTG too, I suppose?) cards in existence, I don't think a whole 1.5 off of the condition rating is too egregious
