I think this card is very limited with its strengths and would only belong in a deck with goblins to maximize the payoffs

Marvels Spider-Man added a lot of spiders in Thantiss color identity, including a perfect mana dork, some spider lords, and an absolute bomb in Gwenom, Remorseless that wants to attack anyway

At 3 mana its dirt cheap for that effect, and a 5-mana activated ability to grant lifelink to your board means its also got a guaranteed way to trigger this effect

Aclazotz, Deepest Betrayal provides the potential for additional card draws, makes flying tokens, and is resistant to removal, and might need little to no work to transform back

It was only printed in the intro decks that were released that year, making it a fairly valuable card during its time in Standard
