It comes from Latin America, most probably Peru. At the top of its suspension arch there is a cast hand holding a loop the stirrup leather would have passed through this. The arch itself has cast decoration and pivots around the base of the stirrup. The base is foot shaped and has simple decoration around its edge. The toe was functional as well as decorative, it
