It can enter play in an exerted state, and when an opposing character challenges they must choose one of the player's cards with a bodyguard
Although the ninjutsu ability has the creature enter the battlefield attacking, it was never declared as an attacking creature (for the purposes of abilities that trigger whenever a creature attacks, for example)
The value this card creates is too slow for constructed, but the card is capable of doing serious damage in Wizard Typal decks
Since this is a lower power Upgraded (Bracket 3) Commander deck, the plan is to win through combat and chip damage
