Burn and Life Drain Burn decks deal direct damage, while Life Drain decks make opponents lose life while you gain it
While changes to older, non-rotating formats are fairly common, the banning of cards in Standard is incredibly rare, and Wizards does its best to avoid them
Most of the legends matter stuff is on a handful of underperforming rares though (i.e., Clive's Hideaway, Serah Farron), so dont expect to build around legends specifically
