During your main phase, you can send any Phantom Knight monster from your deck to the graveyard, or you can set any Phantom Knight spell or trap straight from the deck
The card will be placed in a card saver or toploader, and then sandwiched between shipping protectors (Ding Defender) in a bubble mailer with tracking
While sitting a four-mana might be a bit tough and does restrict you from playing many artifacts of your own, being able to wipe the board will likely be worth running one or two of these in your deck

Where the wizard becomes one of the absolutely best Rise of the Floodborn amethyst cards is when hes paired with some of the sets cards built around taking cards back into your hand, allowing him to cycle around turn after turn, adding two lore to your total with each back-and-forth
