This card works best when paired with many Songs as any time you play a Song card, you can pay two ink and deal three damage to a character of your choosing

Whether its Sneaky Snacker or Delver of Secrets, you can trade into it with Manifestation when needed
If you go straight red, youre missing out on blue counterspells, greens great creatures, blacks unconditional removal, and so on
And it's not hard to see why: not only does it allow you to swing with It That Betrays as soon as it comes into play, it also protects it from eating a well-timed Murder
