A 100% Grillo from the Mazara del Vallo area, this wine is made from grapes that have reached perfect ripeness thanks to the area's mild climate, with mild winters and warm but breezy summers. Harvesting, however, begins in the first weeks of September, by which time the intense heat of the Sicilian summer is a distant memory.
