Four Vines Skeptic Petite Sirah 2016 75cl Ca Rugate Kurt works with 9 hectares100% Petite Sirah from premium vineyards throughout California where warm, dry days are capped with cool, crisp evenings. After de stemming the grapes, the juice was fermented on the skins for up to two weeks at ~80F and aged in a combination of new and 2 3 year old American and French oak barrels. Initial aromas of fig jam, toasted hazelnut, caramel and boysenberry, with flavours of dark fruit, cocoa and espresso, full bodied with a lush mid palate.
