The grapes are hand picked from Mylor in the Adelaide Hills then fermented and and basket press gentle into new and seasoned oak barrels for about 12 months. This medium body wine has an intense red colour with high opacity displaying crimson rims. Aromas and flavours of black cherries, blueberries and mixed spice are vast and expressive.
