Iniceri - Abisso Cataratto 2023 (750ml) Santa Maria Valley and my own process ofThe Iniceri Catarratto Abisso is a fresh white wine from Sicily. Bright yellow color with green hues, the nose shows great balance between fruity notes such as green apple, grapefruit and spice and mineral notes of ginger and white pepper. The palate is complex, characterized by high minerality balanced by good structure and very long finish.
