Stroebel - Triptyque Brut Nature Champagne Premier Cru NV (750ml) Lussac-Saint-Emilion Cabernet Sauvignon and MalbecThis is a double trio; made up of one third each of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier and from the trio of vintages 2014, 2016, and 2017. The nose shows honeycomb, yellow plum, golden apple, and a light cedar and cider note. The palate is moderate in weight with golden apple, wood shavings and a zippy acid set that calls out for oysters through pork chops.
